Ground goat is very versatile, you can make burgers, meatloaf, meatballs/albondigas, lasagna, skewers, or use it as a base for chili or ragu or stroganoff. We love to mix in garlic, cinnamon and black pepper, you can either add egg or some olive oil for fatty goodness. Make these into patties and cook to rare or medium. Top with olives, roasted red pepper and feta with some fresh arugula. Awesome greek burger!
